What I do with what you send me.

I collect what you give me in the contact form or by email: your name, company, email, and whatever you tell me about your business. If you become a client, I also collect the analytics access and customer conversation data you share for the audit.

I use it to reply to you and, if you engage me, to deliver the audit. I don’t sell it, rent it, or use it for marketing beyond replying to your message.

I don’t share it with third parties except the tools I use to run this business, like email and invoicing. None of them get to use your data for their own purposes.

I delete client data I no longer need once an engagement is closed out, typically within 90 days.
